Shipping
We dispatch from Belagavi, Karnataka, and ship across India. Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1-2 working days of payment clearing. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Rates and delivery times
- Orders under Rs. 999 — Rs. 79, typically delivered in 3-6 working days.
- Orders of Rs. 999 and above — free, typically delivered in 3-6 working days.
Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order, and they are estimates given to us by our courier rather than guarantees. Remote PIN codes, weather and festival periods can add a few days.
Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating.
Getting the address right
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. Couriers in India rely heavily on a working phone number for the final delivery, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel comes back to us. If you spot a mistake, email hello@troofoodz.in immediately with your order number — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
If a parcel is damaged in transit
Photograph the parcel before you unpack it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our refund policy for how we handle it.
