Firm, clean-finishing thinai sevai.
Foxtail millet — thinai — one of the oldest cultivated grains on the subcontinent, sprouted and milled, then drawn into a fine sevai with RO-treated water alone.
Firmer than the ragi or jowar sevai, with a clean finish that does not compete with whatever you dress it in.
Ingredients
Sprouted Foxtail Millet Flour, RO Water.
How to use
Place the vermicelli in hot water for a minute, then drain.
Or add a whole pack to 250–300 ml of boiling water, cover, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Storage & shelf life
Shelf life 4–6 months when stored in cool, dry conditions. Reseal after opening.
