Pale gold, firm, and slower to soften than the ragi or jowar noodle — which makes it the one to reach for when you want the noodles to stay separate in a stir-fry.

Ingredients

Sprouted Foxtail Millet, Tapioca Flour, Cluster Beans Powder, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, RO Water.

Natural Taste Maker (included): Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Onion Powder, Curry Leaves Powder, Fennel Seeds Powder, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Aamchur, Pepper, Dry Ginger, Fenugreek Seeds Powder, Star Anise–Cloves–Nutmeg Powder, Rock Salt.

How to use

Boil the noodles in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain.

Toss straight into a hot pan with vegetables and the taste maker.

Storage & shelf life

Store in cool, dry, airtight conditions. Shelf life 6–8 months.
